Job Profile: •Your job involves Business Development for a recruitment consultancy i.e., meeting HR & Recruitment Managers in different corporate •Explore & develop new business opportunities •Team handling Generate business for the organization in terms of increasing our clients •Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities. •Keep yourself informed of the market developments and approach companies that offer a fair chance of fee. Key Skills: •You must have experience in corporate sales specifically meeting HR, Admin & Training Managers in corporate. •Excellent Communication skills Experience working in call centers, Banking Industry and Consultants in recruitments, training and business development environment. •Minimum 3-5 year as a BDM or Recruitment consultant handled sales and marketing only required. •Candidates from recruitment industry will be preferred. Driving License is a must. •Nationality – Indian, Western & Arabic preferred. •Gender – Any, Location – Dubai , UAE •Compensation will be best as per market for the right person.
